Privacy Policy

This page covers OVERdrive Dispatch. Looking for the sticker pack? Jump to the Overdrive Stickers privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how OVERdrive Dispatch (“OVERdrive,” “we,” “us,” or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and related services. OVERdrive Dispatch is a tour logistics and dispatch tool for professional drivers in the touring and live-music industry.
The short version. We collect the account and tour information you give us so the app can do its job — dispatch assignments, venue info, and location-based reminders. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to track you across other apps or websites. You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.
1. Who we are
OVERdrive Dispatch is operated by Forbes Development LLC (“the operator”). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@overdriverules.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what the app needs to function. Specifically:
Account & profile information
- Email address — used to create and sign in to your account.
- Your name.
- Profile photo (optional avatar).
- Professional credentials (optional) — if you choose to add them, your CDL class and endorsements.
Tour & dispatch information
- Dispatch assignment details: tour names, pickup/drop-off locations and addresses, dates, vehicle details, odometer/mileage, and related notes.
- Financial details related to assignments — pay rates, per diem, mileage, and similar figures you enter for a job. This is used only to display and manage assignments; we do not process payments through the app.
- Contact details you add to an assignment or tour (e.g., a production contact’s name, phone, and email).
Location information
- Precise location — if you enable it, the app uses your device location to show your position on the dispatch map and to power location-based (geofenced) reminders that can notify you when you arrive at or leave a saved place. Geofenced reminders require location access while the app is in the background.
- Coordinates and radius for any location reminders you create are stored so the reminder works.
- You can turn location access off at any time in iOS Settings; location-dependent features will simply stop working.
User-generated content
- Venue notes and corrections you contribute. If you mark a note public, it’s shared with other drivers using the app to help everyone navigate that venue.
- Notes and details you add to your own dispatch assignments and reminders.
- Notifications generated by your activity in the app.
Technical & diagnostic information
- Basic technical data needed to operate the service (such as authentication tokens and timestamps).
- [If applicable] Crash and diagnostic data if you have a crash-reporting tool enabled. Remove this bullet if you don’t collect crash/analytics data.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To provide core features: creating and managing dispatch assignments, venue information, and location-based reminders.
- To send you operational notifications (e.g., a reminder you set or an update to one of your assignments).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. How your information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Public venue contributions. If you post a venue note or correction and mark it public, that content is visible to other drivers using the app. Anything you keep private stays private to your account.
- Service providers. We use Supabase as our database, authentication, and hosting provider. Supabase processes and stores data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data as described below, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
6. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and associated personal data from our systems and cannot be undone.
If you’re unable to access the app, email support@overdriverules.com from your account email address and we’ll process the deletion for you.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our hosting provider using industry-standard protections, including row-level security so users can only access data they’re permitted to see. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by contacting us at support@overdriverules.com.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Children’s privacy
OVERdrive Dispatch is a professional tool intended for adults working in the touring industry and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Where we operate
OVERdrive Dispatch is intended for users in the United States, and we store and process data in the U.S.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app.

Overdrive Stickers
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Overdrive Stickers is an iMessage sticker pack operated by Forbes Development LLC. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or device information.
The short version. This app has no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and no network access of any kind. Everything runs entirely on your device inside the Messages app. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to.
What we collect
Nothing. The stickers are bundled with the app and used entirely on-device. Nothing you send using Overdrive Stickers is seen, logged, or accessed by us.
Children's privacy
Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children either.
Changes to this policy
If that ever changes — say, we add a feature that needs data — we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above before that version ships.
