Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and associated data and can’t be undone. If you can’t get into the app, email support@overdriverules.com from your account email address and we’ll handle it.

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot Password to get a reset link by email. Still stuck? Email us and include the email address on your account.

Location powers the dispatch map and location-based reminders that alert you when you arrive at or leave a saved place. Geofenced reminders need location access in the background to work. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → OVERdrive Dispatch → Location. Turning it off disables those features but the rest of the app keeps working.

We collect only what the app needs to function, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t track you across other apps. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Open the Messages app, start a conversation, tap the App Store icon (the grey "A") next to the message field, and find Overdrive Stickers in the app drawer. If it's not there, make sure the app is installed and try restarting Messages.
